we recently enjoyed a week-long stay at novotel, and it was a good experience for our family. from the moment we checked in, the warm welcome and thoughtful details, such as a complimentary room upgrade and the staff’s really good care during breakfast, made our stay nice. every staff member we interacted with was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment for our children.

i booked a room with a very comfy bed, a mini-bar, satellite tv and climate control. location: the hotel was right by many restaurants shops and coffee shops as well as lulu mall and airport.

Tbh, this hotel needs improvement.

There were extremely comfy beds and a fridge, an electric kettle, and air conditioning inside the room...

Shame the bathroom was very small.

The buffet at the Square was good, featuring flavorful dishes like Malabar Fish Curry. The room was spacious and comfortable, with pleasant views. While the staff were attentive, service could be slow. The pool area lacked fresh towels. Nearby attractions like Wonderla Amusement Park offered great family bonding opportunities. the hotel has potential but needs improvements in service and facilities.

The hotel's staff was accommodating, especially when it came to food; they adjusted the menu to cater to my dietary restrictions without any hassle. the breakfast was a good experience, offering a wide array of options that catered to all tastes.

I was really disappointed with the inattentive staff during breakfast; no smiles or friendly faces. It felt awkward trying to get service, and the whole vibe was just so corporate and cold. Definitely not what I expected for a holiday.

The room itself was a true sanctuary, featuring a luxurious bath tub that provided a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration.
